Resolve to Reclaim your Life

Resolve to Reclaim 2017

We’re very lucky to be able to go back and reclaim something that was a very special part of all our lives.
Roger Andrew Taylor

It has been a long road up for making a difference through this Bullying Recovery site and program that I started in 2007. There was no overnight sensation and it has been a trial of patience and lots of learning. Of course, my goal holds true from the beginning. To help myself and other bullying and youth abuse victims recover their authentic selves and thrive in life. I feel lucky to have found this passion and way to offer this help through my websites, books and hopefully future Life Coaching.

Yes, it has been a few months, but I became a Certified Life, Health and Wellness, Solutions-focused, and Transformational Coach with the hopes that maybe you are reading this and need a coach to help you move forward. See, I can coach to anyone in the world through Skype and our wonderful internet. We live in magical times.

This week, I will be a featured speaker at the Resolve and Reclaim 2017 Virtual Summit. I will be speaking on using Mindfulness to Regain your Self-Esteem. I believe this is a strong way to help bullying survivors as well as people dealing with low self-esteem. I am so excited to work with the entire Resolve to Reclaim team of coaches to bring this program to you. You can sign up by clicking here. I hope you will join me, but if you can’t make the date, it will be available to you. I am offering my memoir about recovering from bullying in ebook form to all who attend my session. I am very excited to bring this program to you through my efforts to learn and educate myself in order to help others deal with Bullying Recovery. My mission moves forward.

We are at an interesting time in this world. I don’t know if it is studied much, but I have noticed that the current younger generation in their teens and 20s are dealing with stress and anxiety at what seems like a higher level than ever before. I talk to so many of them and they may just be honest now or we are seeing an uptick in these issues with the younger generation. Again, I think I am offering to help through my coaching program. If you want to get in touch with me as a coach, either go to my coach website at healthyucoaching.bullyingrecovery.org or email me at healthyucoaching@gmail.com.

I am here and I understand what going through recovery from bullying and youth abuse feels like. I am here and I want to be here, listen and help you. I hope you will attend the Resolve to Reclaim 2017. I am proud of the work done to make this virtual event happen.

Also, if you want to watch any of my new Healthy U Coaching videos, they are below for you to watch. I cover several issues and will be adding to it regularly. Again, if you need a Certified Coach to help you move forward, I would love to work with you. I hope to see you at the Resolve to Reclaim event this week.
