Bullying Recovery has an advisory board of experts that help guide and support this organization. The board members are a part of the organization to help guide decisions and offer expert advice to the Bullying Recovery company, based on their expert areas.
Alan Eisenberg – Board President
Alan Eisenberg is an author, speaker, certified life, solutions-focused, and health & wellness coach, eLearning, and communications expert. He has been producing video, print, social media, and educational material for over 25 years as both an Instructional Designer and Developer. He is also a survivor of youth bullying and has turned that experience into being an anti-bullying activist and blogger. In 2007, Alan started his blog site about the long-term effects of bullying at http://bullyinglte.wordpress.com.
Since its inception, the site has had well over 1.2 million visitors and is used in many schools for bullying teaching. More recently, Alan has written a biography of his experience dealing with the C-PTSD, anxiety, and depression that developed due to the years of bullying he experienced as a youth called “A Ladder In The Dark“. Alan’s latest book, “Crossing The Line” will look at the extreme issues that bullying teens deal with. Alan is the founder and managing director of Bullying Recovery, LLC, whose mission it is to help those who suffer from the long-term effects of bullying (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or C-PTSD) to find the help they so desperately need by providing media, materials,and support through links to seek and receive the help needed to recover. He also offers live presentations on the issues of bullying and the effects it has to schools, corporations, and organizations. Alan’s continued focus is on the effects of youth abuse and youth bullying on individuals and developing further programs and solutions to help individuals at an earlier point. Alan continues to communicate daily and weekly through social media outlets and his regular podcast called “Healthy University“. Alan and Bullying Recovery, LLC are also members of the International Bullying Prevention Association. Alan holds a degree in Communication Studies and Sociology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
Dr. Robert Wright, Jr. – Board Advisor
Dr. Bob, the Stress Relief Doctor, is an Executive Stress Management Wellness Coach who helps hhigh-achieving individuals and groups get ahead of the stress curve by giving them the tools they need to address and dissolve their habitual stress, anxiety, grief and chronic pain. Dr. Bob’s client-centered approach treats each person as the unique individual that they are.

Robert “Bob” Wright, Jr., Ph.D., COFT is a graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies doctoral program in Transformative Studies. Dr. Wright is the author of the first published study to show a correlation between grief, stress, and nitric oxide flatlining and grief recovery, stress reduction, and nitric oxide spiking. Dr. Wright’s study breaks new ground since his findings demonstrate that the same physiological mechanisms needed to induce relaxation also help us dissolve pain and grief. The study bolsters the linkage between the physiological mechanisms underlying the Relaxation Response and any method which causes a Relaxation Response to occur. Dr. Wright holds a Master’s degree in psychology from Union Institute & University. He is a Certified Open Focus Trainer, a Certified Practitioner of Ericksonian Hypnosis, a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP), and a Certified Seminar Leader (ASLA). An avid traveler, Bob has visited almost 60 countries including completing a Round the World trip, and a World cruise. Bob’s passionate hobbies include jet skiing, floating in isolation tanks, exotic travel, and deciphering ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs. He is the author of numerous books and articles on stress and is the co-host of the popular Learn to Live Stress Free podcast series. He resides in south Florida with his wonderful wife Christine.
Jill Browning, J.D. – Board Advisor
Jill has over 20 years experience litigating patents (and related causes) and handling contested matters before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, including Inter Partes Review proceedings, interferences, and reexaminations. We filed, in fact, one of the only Post Grant Review proceedings, which is one of the AIA proceedings that has only recently become available. Jill began her patent career in 1996. She has litigated patent disputes all over the country in technical areas such as pharmaceuticals, including ANDA (Orange Book) cases, medical imaging devices, telephony, wireless data transfer technology and mechanical devices. She has counseled clients with respect to their patent portfolios and have negotiated and drafted numerous agreements relating to patents, trademarks and copyrights, including joint development agreements, license agreements, invention agreements, software development agreements and purchase agreements.

Dr. James Burns – Board Advisor
Jim Burns is a retired New Jersey School Administrator with almost forty years of experience in the area of anti-bullying. He is the writer and designer of The Bully Proof Classroom, a graduate course that is offered at The College of New Jersey and La Salle University in Pennsylvania in partnership with The Regional Training Center of Randolph NJ. He has been awarded the degree of Dr. of Humane Letters from Gratz College in Pennsylvania. He is an author, speaker, and anti bullying consultant. He can be reached at email@example.com. Karen Jaynes – Board Advisor
Karen Jaynes, eRYT is the CEO & Founder of All Ways Yoga, LLC, a Yoga and Wellness Company based in Fairfax, Virginia, USA. Her Yoga is with her everywhere she goes from city streets and high-rise buildings, to island paradises and mountain tops, even on Capital Hill. Karen holds her eRYT200 and has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and teaching full time for over 8 years. Karen and her company, All Ways Yoga, believes we can all age well and stay active by incorporating balanced lifestyles and managing stresses through practice and good choices. Karen holds a BBA degree from Temple University – Fox School of Business and Management.
Michael Clark – Board Advisor
Michael Clark has spent over a decade helping children, teens and parents to live life to the full. He believes that every child can be driven by a powerful, exciting purpose for their life, and he helps children unlock the potential that is already within them. Michael has worked with thousands of parents, teenagers and children. Michael launched Bullying Recovery (www.bullyingrecovery.com) in Australia, which are effectively two online learning courses – one for parents and one for boys. Bullyingrecovery.com equips parents and their sons to face the future with a smile, rather than letting the past overshadow them. Parents need encouragement and inspiration, but more than that they need tools.
