Known as “Dr. Deb,” her career spans over 20 years in human development and performance business consulting and has received many recognitions for her pioneering contributions to helping adults and children with stress and practical mindfulness from organizations such as PsychCentral’s Top 21 to Follow on Twitter, Mashable, University of Arizona School of Medicine, American Psychological Association, Working Mother Media, Organization Development Network, and is an author of a forthcoming book with Brian Tracy. 

In addition to her passion for providing solutions to real-world problems with stress, Dr. Deb enjoys collecting vintage books, cooking, fitness, red Australian licorice, espresso, and experiencing life with her family and friends.

Alan Eisenberg is a Certified Life Coach, Bullying Recovery activist and author of "A Ladder In The Dark: My journey from bullying to self-acceptance" and "Crossing the Line". He has been writing and speaking to various audiences about the issue of C-PTSD and Bullying Recovery.
