Host, Alan Eisenberg, is joined by PTSD survivor, Davina Lytle, to discuss how PTSD affected her and what recovery methods she used to work through it.

Davina Lytle is a survivor and advocate of mental illness. She was diagnosed in 2005 with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and has since become a freelance writer and blogger. She is in the process of writing a book called, ;I’m Still Here – A Survivor’s Guide for Living with PTSD as well as writing a weekly blog chronicling what it’s like to live with a mental injury.

Alan Eisenberg is a Certified Life Coach, Bullying Recovery activist and author of "A Ladder In The Dark: My journey from bullying to self-acceptance" and "Crossing the Line".
